"It has been a pleasure having for all these years, designed and built the dreams of so many new homeowners! We feel we've only begun! With so many great opportunities ahead of us, we continue putting our wealth of creative home design and the best of our construction knowledge to work for you...."

Why is Now such an exciting time to build your new home?

  • The past few years saw an overheated construction
period that resulted in higher subcontractor and supply
costs. The recent softening of the speculative
construction market has been a tremendous boom to
favorable custom construction costs as subcontractors
and suppliers alike compete in a tighter market.
  • Interest rates continue their decade-long record lows.
Remember 8, 9, even 10 percent rates? It has
been some time! Different rates for the many available
lending choices continue to be in the 5 & 6 percents!
  • Lot availability. Many developers have recently reduced
prices on many lots throughout Northeast WI, once again
due to the decline in speculative home construction.
  • Existing homes are still selling! Recently, there was a
dramatic oversupply of speculative new construction
on the home market. Lenders quickly pulled in the reigns
on speculative lending and that inventory is now back
to previous averages. And with the recend Fed actions to reduce interest rates, smart buyers are taking advantage of the great pricing and inexpensive financing.

We were so pleased that 1200 plus visitors toured our 2008 Showcase Homes. This winter provided us some real logistical challenges with the over-abundance of snow and sub-zero temperatures. We need to offer a special thank-you to both the visitors that came out and especially to all our fantastic craftsman & suppliers to have endured the conditions to produce what is surely one of the finest homes in Northeast WI. Professional photos will be available in the upcoming weeks for everyone that may have missed the two week show or those who would love a second look.
